Somewhere in your life your teacher or a parent must have told you: “You can be whatever you want to be”. I don’t think they meant being a tomato though.
But who are we to judge. As long as he/she is a happy tomato that is probably all that counts, hey?
Looking at the stranger side of life is not a bad thing. We all need a laugh sometimes and the sillier and weirder it gets, the better!
We know this is just your average everyday scene of a guy riding a toy version of a BB-8 droid wearing a kilt and playing the Star Wars theme on flame shooting bagpipes, but it should do for now.
I think that would reach a decent rank on most people’s weird scale.
In South Africa we know that anything that is not locked, bolted down or in a safe, has a good chance of “disappearing”. Some people have taken this very seriously even going so far as to lock up their food.
Pizzas are very popular, especially in winter time, so remember to carry a lock with you always. You never know when your food will find a new home…
Welcome to South Africa: where we lock up EVERYTHING! 🙂
Winter is hitting us hard at the moment in South Africa and we are DEFINITELY not made for this whole cold thing. Then there is Winter’s Throne of Torture…
1. Early mornings: as you struggle to wake up and tear yourself from your blankets… you need to battle the Throne of Torture
2. Late evenings: as you try to warm up under cold blankets as you are going to sleep… you need to batter the Throne of Torture
Don’t let age stand in your way. It is always a great time to make sure that your wardrobe matches your inner pimp. Go big pimpin grandpa!
Damn you McDonald’s! Damn you Dunkin Donuts! Look at what you have done. You made Captain America an addict and I think you might have just killed him!
There are loads of these pictures on the net where some of the countries in the Far East just mess up the translation a little. This lost in translation problem might however have been a bit of a combination between the language barrier and just plain stupidity.
Nonetheless we would like to thank the Koreans for adding a bit of stupidity to this Friday.
This hockey practice involving a dachshund was taken this morning in Pretoria somewhere…Okay so that is a total, complete and utter lie.
I think it would be the only reason why people would go outside in weather like this to practice sports. Only problem is our dachshund is just to stupid to do this so luckily I will be staying indoors.
No people we are not in England, Canada or the South Pole. This is South Africa. We shall braai.
There are so many couples who have graced dance floors with moves, passion and co-ordination that leaves the audience breathless. Then you get murder on the dance floor.
You know them. You’ve seen them… after you have had a few drinks you probably are them! If nothing else they do offer a joyful display that will leave you in awe.
It also becomes impossible to tear your eyes away from such a powerful display…
