I know we just posted a few minutes about your eating habits. Well here is another great idea for Defiance Monday when you have decided to give up on today. Stop doing the Monday thing NOW and get yourself this healthy boost in happiness.
If you decided to go for a veggie smoothie for those extra vitamins just add the following to make it a complete meal: 2 x tots vodka, a burger on a stick, bacon, fried chicken, jalapenos and random other bits.
You should never neglect your health and during Defiance Monday we would like people to seriously look at this as well. We are not encouraging people to take up that pesky exercising thing. It is more important that we look at maintaining a healthy and sufficient level of carbohydrates, fats and calories. Here is our solution:
Make your arteries really work today. They will appreciate you thinking of them and they will put in the extra effort lugging around all of that fat and cholesterol.
For too long we have been holding back on the crazy. It is Defiance Monday and our responsibility as slightly deranged citizens of the internet to do our best to entertain our fellow man.
An interesting stat mentioned the other day is that roughly 50% of all people in the world have some sort of mental issues. This is treated by various medications and sometimes results in people then being “cured”. Now the interesting problem comes in with deciding who is crazy (I know very non-PC).
If roughly 50% are seen as crazy and some are then “cured” and a few more go crazy, then we have more than 50% crazy people. Isn’t it up to the majority to decide who is crazy and who isn’t? If so, does that mean that the crazy people have always been deciding what is and isn’t crazy?
Say what you want to when you want to the way you want to. No need for you to use your big words today… it’s Defiance Monday!
People don’t give the power of denial enough credit. You need to go back to your childhood for this tried and tested method use for today’s Defiance Monday. When you were 3 or 4 years old you could just close your eyes and the scary monster wasn’t there or put your hands over your ears so you wouldn’t hear the horrible music your parents are playing.
This exact same principle should be applied to Mondays to rid them of all the power they have over you.
Some days you have the energy to do all of the nice parenting things and other times you just can’t care less. Defiance Monday is about actively not caring what others say or expect and doing what you want to do. Screw them.
There are many mothers out there who would be with me on this one. Yesterday it is all smiles happiness and “oh you are the best mommy in the world!” Today the monsters are back in full power turning your life upside down. Mommy needs a break and Defiance Monday has the answer…
The easiest way to kill its unhappiness powers is to just not acknowledge it. That is one of the best ways to make Defiance Monday work its magic.
Monday’s are globally considered the enemies of happiness. In true Defiance Monday (#DefianceMonday) style we will continue to laugh in its face.
